Protecting your personal data matters to us. This Policy explains what data we process, for what purposes, on what legal basis and what rights you have, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Greek Law 4624/2019.

What data we collect
Contact details you submit through the contact form (full name, email, phone, your message and the topic of your interest).
Technical browsing data necessary for the secure operation of the site (e.g. IP address in server logs).
Data related to the embedded TradingView index widget, unless you disable it from the cookie box (see Cookie Policy).
Purposes and legal basis
Responding to your enquiries and preparing a possible engagement — basis: taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
Security and proper operation of the site — basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations (e.g. towards the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and the Bank of Greece) — basis: our legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
Recipients and processors
Website hosting: Vercel Inc. (hosting and content delivery network).
Contact form processing: Formspree, Inc., which forwards your messages to our email.
TradingView, if you have accepted the relevant widget.
Some providers are located outside the EEA; in those cases the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).
Retention
Form data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and, if an engagement follows, for as long as the relevant legislation requires; otherwise it is deleted within a reasonable time.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise your rights, contact us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
